« My motivation for creating D’ESTRÉES stems from deep convictions: the methodologies learned and developed in the military context can bring substantial value to businesses. »

Trained at Saint-Cyr (Capitaine Kleber Dupuy class) and holding a Master’s degree in Law, Economics & Management from Paris-Dauphine University, Albert TADROS MORGANE combines both legal and managerial expertise.

A former Army Commissioner, he provided strategic and legal advice to the senior military command on major defense orientations for nearly five years within the French Armed Forces General Staff.

This experience led him to oversee complex transformations in constrained and highly regulated environments where every action matters. He designed new organizational models and coordinated large-scale crisis management operations, including the ministerial Covid-19 task force and the conclusion of Operation Barkhane.

D’ESTRÉES is the culmination of his hybrid background, placing this unique experience at the service of leaders facing their own challenges, with support grounded in a method inspired by General Staff practices.
